| CNC Turning Machinist | At least 2-years in the related field. | 1. Responsible to follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products. 2. Offer trouble shooting and brainstorming in the production problem. 3. Responsible to assist Supervisor / Prod Engineer in setting up machine for operators. 4. Understand the various level of documentation in the company’s quality system and its application. 5. Understands, interprets and write/edit basic codes/programs as needed. 6. Understands and able to perform tool wear offsets. 7. Responsible to deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures and tooling. 8. Responsible to inspect all the parts/products and ensure compliance to all the specification. 9. Performs basic preventative maintenance for the machine, able to identify and troubleshoot minor alarm/error codes in the machine. 10. To undertake other duties assigned or directed by the superior from time to time. | Apply |
