QC Engineer (Seremban)1. Possess at least diploma / degree in the relevant field

2. At least 1~2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude and able to work independently.

4. Applicants must be willing to work in Seremban.

5. Applicants must be willing to undergo training in Johor.

6. Able to communicate well in English and Malay for this position (both written and verbal)

7. Having knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & EN 9100 Standard		1. Prepare Daily Production Inspection Check Sheet & IPQC Check List.

2. Verify Incoming Inspection Result.

3. Verify IPQC data.

4. Review outgoing report.

5. Verify final inspection before pass to packing.

6. Discuss with Production PIC when the part has dimension or appearance out spec during in process and final inspection.

7. Issue Product Defective Report & Non-conformance Report to Production if there is any part defect/ reject.

8. Scanning a softcopy of outgoing report for record.

9. Chop complete on shop order and scan a softcopy for record.

10. Checking calibration due date of measuring equipment (twice a month).

11. Arrange measuring equipment to send for calibration (twice a month).

12. Evaluate the calibration result whether it is conforming to requirements.

13. Apply calibration sticker and name of user on measuring equipment before issue to user (after calibration) [twice a month].

14. Create inspection program on IM when there has new part.

15. Update inspection program on IM when the part has changes in dimensions.

16. Update inspection check sheet on SPC when the part has changes in dimension.

17. Prepare Work Instruction and Quality Notice when needed.

18. To supervise a QC/QA operators and provide training when necessary.

19. To undertake any other related jobs as directed by HOD from time to time.

QC Technician (Seremban)1. Possess at least SPM or equivalent.

2. Preferably with minimum 1 years CNC working experience or equivalent.

3. Knowledge of operate CMM, Video Measuring System, Height Gauge etc.

4. Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude and able to work independently.

5. Applicants must be willing to work in Seremban.

6. Applicants must be willing to undergo training in Johor.
1. Responsible to inspect and verify all In-coming Inspection, In-Process inspection and Final inspection on products or raw material.

2. To ensure the finished products are met customer requirement / specification before delivery.

3. Perform CMM checking.

4. Preparing of related inspection report and submit to QC Leader / QC Engineer for verification.

5. To undertake any other related jobs as directed by superior from time to time.		Apply
